Event Photography package
Starting from $150/hr
From birthdays to golf days, every gathering has a rhythm of its own. This package covers general events with flexible hourly and half/full-day options, so you get coverage that fits the shape of your day.
Brand & Commercial package
Starting from $400 per session
Great brands are built on great stories. This package is for clothing lines, fashion shows, and commercial shoots that need images with the polish, and the licensing, to work as hard as your brand does.
Portrait package
Starting from $100/hr
Sometimes a story is just yours to tell. Whether it's one look in one location or a full session across multiple settings, this package is built for portraits, personal milestones, and moments you want captured just for you.
Mission & Community package
STARTING FROM $400
Some stories carry weight beyond the frame. This package supports mission trips and community-focused work, documenting the moments that reflect why the trip mattered in the first place.

Can Akinshotit Studios photograph mission trips or community events at a reduced rate?
Yes we can.
Storytelling that uplifts is core to what we do, so mission and community work has its own package with adjusted day-rate pricing.

What if my event doesn't fit any of the listed packages?
No problem!
Share your event details and we'll build a package around what you actually need.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to lock in your date.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session/event, depending on the package.
How far in advance should I book?
For large events, 2–3 months in advance is recommended, especially during peak seasons (spring/summer).
For personal sessions and smaller events, 2–4 weeks is usually enough, but earlier is always better.
What's included in the Price?
Every package includes the photographer's time, professional editing, and a private online gallery for viewing and downloading your images.
Specific inclusions (number of images, print rights, second photographer, etc.) vary by package.

Do you travel outside Calgary?
Yes. Travel within the city is included in your package price. For events outside Calgary, a travel fee may apply depending on distance.

Can I request specific shots or a shot list?
Absolutely, we encourage it.
When you book, we'll ask if there are specific moments, people, or shots that matter most to you, so nothing important gets missed.
What happens if it rains or the weather doesn't cooperate?
For outdoor sessions, we'll work with you to find a backup plan, whether that's an indoor location, a rescheduled date, or simply adapting on the day. We always aim to make the best of the conditions we're given.
Do you provide Prints or Albums?
Digital galleries are standard with every package. Prints and albums can be added on request. Ask about pricing when you inquire.
What's your photography style?
We focus on real, unposed moments, the story happening in the room, not just staged shots. Traditional posed photos (like family groupings or brand shots) are still covered when needed, but our lens is always looking for the authentic moment first.
